Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the website.

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any share price information, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) ("information") and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. The Website Owner reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. 2.1 Product Details, Prices and Promotions

The product prices displayed on the website include VAT, where applicable. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed at checkout, and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the website at our discretion at any time before we accept your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time.

We are unable to guarantee that the images of the products you see are accurate, because it depends on your monitor’s display settings.

In order to offer such low prices on disposable cameras we limit our liability to those either lost or damaged to the replacement value of the camera or film. We strongly recommend that disposable cameras are not used as the only source of photography on your wedding or celebration day.

2.2 Availability

Sometimes, we may not have all the items you ordered in stock. Where this happens, we will send out what is in stock, and cancel off the unavailable items, but we will only charge you what we’ve been able to send.

If your entire order is not in stock, we’ll contact you by email to advise we’ve had to cancel your order.

2.3 Payments

Your payment will be taken when we dispatch your order. We can only accept payment from credit or debit cards with a UK billing address. Unfortunately we can’t accept orders from non UK billing addresses at this time.

You can only use a credit/debit card that is registered in your name. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer, and by our card payment processor. If your card issuer does not authorise payment, we cannot accept your order and we cannot be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. If this happens, you should contact your card issuer. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any charges imposed by your card issuer or bank as a result of your order.

2.4 Returns and Exchange Policies

We only accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has not been used with original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on our clothing items, earrings and stationery or any customised items.

We hope you will be satisfy with any product purchase from our website but if you wish to return an item to us, then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item maybe return within 7 working days of the date of delivery so long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in salable condition. Once we have received the item we will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note postage and packaging will not be refunded unless a product is faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory right. Please contact us to obtain returned address.

To exchange a product please send the item back as detailed in the returned section above and place an order for your replacement product online.

2.4.1 RETURN DRESS FOR RE-INSPECTION

We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be sure it is the style, size, and colour that you ordered and free of damage or defect. However, if we fail to do so, we will be happy to accept your return for re-inspection.

Unless dresses are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e. incorrect item is delivered, delivered to address other than provided at time of order, etc.), they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. If the dress you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered we will accept a return for re-inspection in order to assess the problem and determine the best way to correct it. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, unworn, condition as received at the time of delivery. It must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odours (i.e. smoke). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees unless the dress is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. In order to return your dress for re-inspection, we ask that you carefully follow our return instructions

2.5 Stationery Orders

2.5.1 Proofs

Proofs will be sent via email. You must check all stationery items for design, wording (i.e. dates, venue, time, etc) and layout prior to us printing. Any changes can be made online and once approved we will require the final payment – all artwork will then be sent to the printers. Bridal Tales cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after the proofs have been approved.

2.5.2 Copyright

It is your responsibility to obtain copyright permission for any hymns, readings or photography used to create any stationery item.

2.5.3 Cancellation

If you cancel your order before any proofs have been uploaded online, you will not be entitled to the non-refundable deposit. Once full payment has been received and proofs approved you cannot cancel your order. Returns will not be accepted after delivery.
